Civil litigation histories are the records of civil lawsuits that
reveal the actions of your candidate where he or she might be a plaintiff
or a defendant. These records are kept in the county courthouses.
Of particular interest to a lot of employers are any restraining
orders issued by the courts which the employers interpret as being
a sign of a short temper.
Also, certain employers want to know if a candidate is prone to
suing everyone, or is sued by everyone. They have particular
interpretations that they put on these records.
