INVOICING PROCEDURE:

We invoice every Friday for the work requested and the facilities used that week, similar to other on-demand service companies.   The reason for this is that much of our work requires accessing court records.   There are over 3,138 county courthouses in the U.S., and they all collect their access fees up-front.   In effect, we pay up-front at each inquiry for asking your question, not for getting the answer.   So, each week, we advance a lot of money on behalf of our clients for both records and telecommunications.   We expect to be in your net-15 payment cycle.
