The Job Application is a signed and dated document that the Candidate
has affirmed is true and accurate. Furthermore, the Job Application
ends with the statement that says that if the Employer ever finds out
that any part of the Job Application is not true, the Candidate can
be dismissed immediately for that reason. If you have problems with
the Candidate down the road and want to part company, you will have
learned a lot about the person while they worked for you. If any
information on their Job Application has turned out to be untrue,
you may wish that you had that legal document as the vehicle for
dismissing them.
