People are more concerned than ever about who will be taking care of their children, their disabled loved ones, or their elderly parents.   They call and want to know if they can run a background check on these new employees.   Yes, it is easy, but you must follow Federal law.

Some of the reasons that they have given for wanting to check are:

   Does the person have a record for child molestation ?

   Does the person have a record for physical abuse ?

   Does the person have a record for theft or fraud ?

   Does the person have a clean Driving Record ?

   Is the person using illegal drugs ?

HINT: We do not offer medical exams, but we suggest to all callers that you have your family physician give a physical to your nanny or care giver to make sure that you are not hiring someone with a disease that you don't want to transmit to your loved ones.

It is really easy to check on what you want, and you do not have to buy a given package.    You can get exactly what you want.

There are a few required government forms for you to complete, and we have put those in a Word document for you to print.

Just FAX the signed forms to us so that we can get started, and at the same time, put the originals in the mail to us along with your check or Money Order.

Freshly retrieved records, that is, records that comply with Federal law, take several days to get from the sources.   By the time we receive your original forms and payment, we usually have the records for you.

We call you with the record contents, and mail or FAX a report to you that is based on the records received.
