Employee Self-Serv
Employee Self-Serv allows employees to make life event, personal or W-4 changes,
and update certain other parts of their Employee
Files, via the Internet. They can use a terminal that you provide for
this purpose, or because most of them already have Internet access, they
can login and update their data at their convenience using a UserName and Password
that you assign to them.
There are numerous examples in professional articles that show that the
time spent by HR professionals doing such things as changing addresses,
phone numbers, and adding dependents, takes up 30%-50% of their time.
