Secure in this context has two meanings. First, from an HR point of view,
are the data secure with respect to who should be able to have access within your
company ? Second, are all of your data secure from outsiders?
In both cases, yes. Let us look at a little more detail below.
The Integrity Connection (tm) was designed to have both a flexible access control
system, and a flexible invoicing system. The level of control, called
fine granularity, facilitates an almost unlimited specification for your control.
The reason for mentioning both control and invoicing is that if you
are the top HR professional at your company, even if you have geographically
dispersed operations, you can control who can access what, at what level, who can
see what, and whether they can just read -- write also.
The general security of your data is the best in the industry. As you
can see when you logon, we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology along with
encryption. Next, this system is not the traditional "flat file" that
you see from our competition. This is a full three-tier system that
incorporates the latest technology for security. In addiition, our
system is continuously backed-up, there are a total of five redundant back-up
systems, and there is always a copy of everything offsite for further security.
As an extra measure of security, every employee of our company is a licensed
investigator --- including each of the technical people in the data and
communications center.
