Job Applications when completed online are more complete, more readable, and
better formatted for review than manually completed paper applications. They
are more complete because the software requires the Candidate to complete the
spaces that you specify. They are more readable because the system produces
printed copies in a very readable format. In addition, the software requires
that the Candidate provide 5 or 7 years of prior employment and residence history
if that is what you want. Important data cannot be skipped by the Candidate.
The Candidate cannot just write "See Resume" across the Job Application.
