Driver's License History data are obtained fresh from the states on a daily basis. We
do not use magnetic tapes or CDROM records. You can see how the
D.L. Turn-Around Times and State Fees vary
from state to state. Some states are highly automated and allow direct
electronic access, while others are still providing records from
paper-based systems. The Driver's License Record lists all moving
traffic violations for the last three years. In some states, DUI and DWI
convictions remain on the license for 5-7 years, and in some states for
the life of the driver.
