A Personal Credit History gives you all that you get with an I.D. Verification,
and in addition, you get the details of all Revolving, Open, and Installment
accounts that the person has, plus notes about public financial records such
as bankruptcies.
A Personal Credit History from The Integrity Center comes to you from the
national credit system, and like SSN Verifications and I.D. Verifications,
the SSN is washed against the current quarter's master tape from the
Social Security Administration.

Independently, the national credit system keeps tabs on whether they consider
the data associated with an SSN number to be verified by requiring two independent
credit merchants to submit identical information at different times for the number.
It is possible, either through fraud or typos, to have multiple people using
the same SSN. Hopefully, the presumptive owner of the SSN is the only person
using the number, but employers want to know. Other users of the SSN are listed as
aliases on the report.
