What is a pre-employment
security interview tool ?


Most job candidates try very hard to cast the best light on their work history.   There are things they want to hide, things they want to emphasize, and things that they invent because, in their mind, it makes the "picture" that they are trying to present more believable and enticing to you, the prospective employer.
