New Federal Laws
To Consider

The FCRA Was Amended
December 4, 2003

The implementation dates for the FCRA amendments were announced by the Federal Trade Commission on 2/4/04.  The following links take you to the actual text of the amended FCRA and the amendment itself whose name is the "Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003" ( FACT Act ).   It does contain provisions that employers must pay attention to.

Stiff New Reporting
Requirements Dictated
By Several Different Laws

Corporate corruption, financial wrongdoing, and terrorism have given rise to many new  laws with strict reporting requirements.  Parts  of those required reports concern the personnel  of organizations AND their suppliers.   Some of  these laws have been discussed in recent issues  of The Integrity News.

The point here is that small and medium size companies are frequently suppliers to larger  companies.   They are going to be asked by their larger clients to create reports about their  personnel who are involved with the larger client.   That way, the larger client company has the information to issue its own complete report.

The difficulty for most small and medium size companies is that their personnel information is kept in paper files.    They have not already made the move to Online HR Administration.   Therefore, generating new reports about their personnel will  be very time consuming.

If small and medium size companies do automate their HR operations, there are many other direct and measurable savings.   From our own website, you can review a brief discussion of

Online HR Administration:

What can you accomplish with it ?

       What are the advantages ?

       What are the economics ?

    What benefits are realized ?

       What is Employee Self-Serv ?

       Document Imaging makes life easy.

Fast Reports are quick and easy.

We have also prepared a discussion of how to Drastically Reduce HR Administrative Time With Online HR Automation.

The COST of the Integrity Administrator, which  includes Online Job Applications, Online  Employee Files, Online Employee SELF-SERV,  full Records Imaging, and Automatic Off-Site  Disaster Recovery, is very low. Your increase  in productivity and security is very high.

To discuss the leverage, and the savings  produced, by using Online HR Administration, call The Integrity Center, Inc. at  (972) 484-6140. If you are already a client,  during your call we can demonstrate the advantages right online using your own existing Employee Files.
